What we collect

• Through the audit request form: your organisation name, your work email address, and whatever you choose to tell us about your vendor position.
• Through email: information you choose to send to info@elvar.in.

Audit requests are delivered to us by email through our email service provider, and the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection.

The site does not use analytics tracking, advertising profiling or an account system.

Why we use it

Solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you proceed, to deliver the engagement you requested. We do not sell personal data, and we do not add you to marketing lists.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and meet our record-keeping obligations, then deleted.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy of your data, or for it to be corrected or deleted, at any time.
