Terms of service

Last updated: 30 September 2026. These terms cover ELVAR's VERITY vendor compliance operations service as described on this website.

The service

VERITY is a maintained operating function: ELVAR collects and organises vendor compliance documents, tracks expiries, manages follow-ups and reports status monthly, within the scope agreed after the audit.

Audit first

Every engagement begins with the Vendor Document Health Audit. The audit maps the vendor population and evidence gaps, and its findings become the operating scope. The audit fee is credited in full against setup if you proceed within 30 days of delivery.

Scope

The standard scope covers up to 50 standard vendors and the activities described on the service page. Portfolios above 50 standard vendors, non-standard vendors, unusually high document volumes, multiple jurisdictions, bespoke evidence or additional reporting are scoped separately.

What VERITY is not

VERITY does not provide legal advice, certify compliance, decide whether a vendor meets a legal or contractual requirement, approve vendors, verify document authenticity unless expressly scoped, or guarantee an audit outcome. The client remains responsible for defining its requirements, making approval decisions and meeting its legal and contractual obligations.

Fees

Fees are as shown for the client's region on the service page. Terms are confirmed in the engagement agreement.
